Merchandising & Planning

Using the proper methodologies to select and buy to ensure maximum sell through on each style. We excel at trend forecasting to stay ahead of the market in order to meet all targeting goals for the business. Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to ensure a cohesive visual product story across all customer facing channels. Be accountable for ensuring timely and accurate production of content and related merchandise modules and will work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing and Business Development teams to achieve sales plans, conversion goals, usability performance targets and all corporate objectives.

Styling & Visual Branding

Not in the traditional sense of simply putting the right pieces on models but, building out an entire concept for photoshoots. Can create a story with still life goods, as well using the curated eye to compose the desired lifestyle and look. Aid our clients to scale the businesses through modern and strategic branding and design. Help build the identity for powerful, thoughtful brands that resonate with real people. Create meaningful impact through compelling visual narratives and expressions. Construct the brand’s core for distinct emotional appeal

Creative Collaboration

Help navigate the process with all design where needed. Stay involved with developing new ideas to enhance company aesthetic and messaging. Will constantly compound and extend our capabilities, productivity and agility to achieve the overall goal of forming and actualizing every idea.

Client Relations / Outside sales

Taking the lead to bridge all current and new partnerships in order to drive and grow the organization. Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. Represent the brand by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the marketplace. Ensure client satisfaction and negotiate successful resolutions.

Press Relations

A network of specialists to ensure there is a proactive approach to strategically uncover our client’s storytelling opportunities so their messages are heard. Get the brand in front of the eyes of the public or more accurately,  in the hands of a target audience. Impact by infusing into all platforms to seamlessly bridge creative strategy, guerrilla efforts, and targeted media exposure to build and generate massive awareness, coverage, and brand loyalty.

Vendor Sourcing

An effective sourcing methodology always needs to be adopted. Focus getting maximum advantage of cost, process, quality and technology. Find the best partners based on the current needs of the business and negotiate that costing to better protect the organization to aid its growth. Be strategic with the approach for supply chain operations to formalize the best way information is gathered and used to ensure that an organization can certainly leverage its combined purchasing power to get the best possible values available.

We bring the experience of opening up over more than 50 doors, pop ups and activations, globally. Identify location and buildout to create the perfect moment to best convey the brand’s vision. From breaking ground to opening the door. Staffing, training and development.

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS & ENGAGEMENT

Lead, motivate and develop high-performing brand collaborations to aid in driving all new revenue growth objectives. Be on top of relevant market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape. Personally build and maintain deep relationships with key industry leaders, including client-side marketing executives and ad agencies.  Execute a high volume of day-to-day account activities and weekly in person meetings, directly and through other staff. Work closely with other departments and business units within, including client services, marketing, editorial, product development, finance.
